Stress symptoms are variable from person to person but it is detectable. A stressful person is mostly off mood and hostile to work. His thought process, general behavior, feelings and dealings with others, all are affected. He begins to feel sad, hopeless, worthless, irritable and full of guilt.Little things make him irritable. He can not make a decision and in an extreme case,becomes suicidal or develops addiction in an attempt to overcome his depressed state.
